Shipping Fees:
We like to keep things simple. For orders over €100, shipping is on us—free, just the way we like it. For orders under €100, standard shipping is a flat fee of €4.95. If you need your order ASAP, express delivery is available for an additional cost, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the journey—from our warehouse to your wardrobe. Easy peasy, right?

Sustainability Matters:

We use start paper or cardboard for external packaging. We use recyclable polybags for garment wrapping. Our Circlo Loop bags are made from recycled polybags as well.

  • Very Good
    An item in very good condition may show slight signs of wear, like minimal fading or a small mark, but it’s still in great shape. You can expect quality that’s close to new, with just a bit of character.
  • Good
    Pieces marked as good show visible signs of wear, such as some fading, minor pilling, or light scuffing. These items are still totally wearable and stylish, just with a bit more life in them.
  • Fair
    Items in fair condition have seen more wear. They might have noticeable imperfections like heavier fading, minor stains, or small repairs, but they’re still functional and wearable. These pieces are great for those looking to give a garment an extended life while embracing its vintage charm.
  • Poor

Return Timeframes
For new  Circlo items, you have a generous 30 days to return your purchase, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached. If you bought something from Circlo Loop, our second-hand platform, you can return it within 30 days, as long as it’s in the same condition you received it.

Return Shipping Fees for Circlo-branded Products
If your order total was over €100, we’ve got your return shipping covered for free. For orders under €100, there’s a small return shipping fee of €2.95.

Return Shipping Costs for Circlo Loop Products
For Circlo Loop returns, there’s a €5.99 return shipping fee if you use our provided return label. Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back with your preferred service at your own cost. Either way, we make sure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Packaging for Returns

Please ensure it’s carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit. You can use the original packaging you received you’re item in or any new packaging that will keep it secure during transit. If an item is damaged because of improper packaging, we won’t be able to process the return.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 10-15 business days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Keep in mind, if your final order was under €100, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items.

We aim to make returns as smooth as possible, but there are a few items that can’t be returned due to their special nature. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items: Because these products are made just for you, they’re non-returnable.
  • Gift cards: Once a gift card has been purchased, it can’t be refunded.
