
Returns & Refunds
1. Return Policy Overview
Circlo offers a flexible return policy for both Circlo - Circular Clothing and Circlo Loop. Customers must initiate returns within 30 days of receiving their items, and the products must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Personalized and heavily worn second-hand items are not eligible for returns
2. Sustainability Commitment
At Circlo, returned items in good condition are either resold through Circlo Loop, upcycled into new products, or recycled to ensure minimal waste. This is part of our commitment to keeping garments in circulation and reducing environmental impact.
3. How to Start a Return
- Returns can be initiated either through the customer account section of the Circlo website or by emailing service@wearecirclo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping and Processing Fees

Circlo - Circular Clothing:
- Orders with a final order value over €100: Free return shipping. (Final order value refers to the value of the order after the return.)
- Orders under €100: A €2.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Circlo Loop:
- A €5.99 return and processing fee applies for all returns on Circlo Loop purchases.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and taxes may apply for returns from outside the EU, depending on local regulations. Please check with your local authorities for more details.
6. Eco-Friendly Return Incentive
To promote sustainability, customers who opt for eco-friendly return methods, such as in-person drop-off or consolidating multiple returns, may receive discounts on future purchases.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the refund has not been received, please contact service@wearecirclo.com.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, refund processing times may be extended.
8. Exchanges
- Circlo Collection: Exchanges can be processed for different sizes or colors by contacting service@wearecirclo.com.
- Circlo Loop: Exchanges are not available. You must return the item and place a new order.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items, gift cards, and heavily worn second-hand items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
10. Handling of Worn, Damaged, or Ineligible Circlo Products:
- If a worn, damaged, or unsellable item is returned, the customer will incur a fee per item of €9,95 for shipping and processing.
- If the item is eligible for Circlo Loop, it can be resold with a reduced commission of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the garment. For instance:
- 5 p.p. deduction, if item needs to be washed.
- 5 p.p deduction, if item needs light repairs.
11. Customer Responsibility for Proper Packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring that return items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Circlo is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.
12. Proactive Communications
Customers will be proactively notified via email about the status of their returns and refunds.
13. Complaints
Circlo adheres to EU consumer law, providing a statutory period of two years for complaints regarding defective products. If a product is defective, customers can request a free repair, replacement, or refund. Circlo will cover the return shipping cost for accepted complaints. Complaints should be filed by contacting service@wearecirclo.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
