How Circlo Loop Works: From Your Closet to Circularity

At Circlo, we make it easy for you to contribute to a circular economy. Simply pack your Circlo Loop bag with items you want to give a second life. You can then drop it off at one of our designated local points, minimizing transportation and reducing our environmental footprint.

Relax While We Handle the Rest
Once your items reach us, Circlo Loop takes care of everything. Each item is carefully described, photographed, and listed for sale, reaching customers across multiple European countries. We manage the logistics, from shipping and customer service to payment and returns, so you can relax while your items find new homes. You’ll have the opportunity to review your product listings before they go live. Items are listed for 90 days with algorithm-based pricing that dynamically adjusts to maximize sales. After 90 days, any unsold items will be donated to charity, recycled or included Loop Last Chance packages.

How You Can Help
You are our biggest ambassador for circularity and sustainability—this only works because of you! Share your listed items on social media to boost their visibility; we’ll provide the link and details to make sharing easy. If you feel the pricing needs adjustment, let us know, and we can revisit it.

Earn Proceeds and Support the Circular Economy
When an item sells, you’ll receive a portion of the proceeds directly into your bank account. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also provide insights on the positive environmental impact of your sale, including CO2 and water savings. You can choose the medium thru which to receive your payment, whether through bank transfer, paypal or store credit.

What Can I Sell with Circlo Loop?
Send any items that fit in the Circlo Loop bag, as long as they’re in good condition, clean, and presentable. We focus on items valued at €5 or more to ensure quality. Please take extra care when packing fragile items to avoid damage during transit.

Bag Capacity and Shipping
The Circlo Loop bag measures 80x60 cm, with a capacity of around 75 liters—similar to a large IKEA bag. The maximum weight is 15 kg. After packing, secure the bag with the provided plastic strip to prevent anything from falling out during shipping. We partner with sustainable logistics providers to ensure a low-carbon footprint. Use the provided shipping label to ensure it gets back to us in one piece.

How the Sales Process Works
Circlo Loop uses an algorithm to set an initial price for each item based on available sales data. Prices are dynamically adjusted throughout the 90-day period to encourage sales. During the first two weeks, you can request price adjustments for your items. You can track the progress of your items from your Circlo profile and receive updates, including links to your listings to share with your network.

What Happens to Unsold Items?
If an item remains unsold after 90 days and you haven’t opted to extend the listing, we ensure it stays within the circular economy. Unsold items are either donated to our charity partners or recycled, where materials are reused to create new products, further supporting Circlo’s zero-waste vision.

Fees and Earnings
You receive 40% of the sale value for items sold under €50. For items sold above €50, you receive 75% of the amount over €50. We’re committed to helping you earn the best possible value for your items while collectively reducing waste.

Charitable Partners and Sustainability Impact
We partner with various charities to ensure unsold items still make a positive impact. You can choose to donate unsold items to local charities or have them recycled, promoting both environmental and social good. Circlo works with partners focused on textile recycling, community support, and sustainability. When you contribute through Circlo Loop, you’re not just selling—you’re supporting a circular economy that benefits people and the planet.

What We Don’t Accept
To maintain high standards, we do not accept items that are damaged, dirty, counterfeit, or unsuitable for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes items with strong odors (such as smoke or mold), opened beauty products, or items related to weapons or offensive content. Our goal is to ensure that every item meets the high standards of quality and sustainability that Circlo stands for.

Join the Circular Movement
Circlo Loop makes it easy for you to participate in the circular economy, reduce waste, and contribute to a sustainable future. Whether you’re selling, donating, or recycling, your actions are helping to close the loop on fashion. Let’s redefine fashion together—one item at a time.
